Anichess, made in partnership between Animoca Manufacturers and Chess.com-owned Play Magnus Group (PMG) and its Champions Chess Tour, is a community-driven, free-to-play recreation that’s billed as having “new strategic layers powered by magical spells.” Anichess combines the core guidelines of a traditional chess recreation with a so-called “spell mechanic” that features a vary of offensive, defensive and counter ways. There may even be esports-like parts added via challenges.
